Climify monitors the indoor environment across Rungsted Skole — from classrooms to workshops, the library, and shared spaces.

The school uses a hydronic heating system and a well-functioning ventilation system, and the goal of monitoring was to understand indoor air quality after several IAQ-related complaints.

With real data, we helped the municipality see what was really happening. The ventilation system worked as intended, but several classrooms overheated on sunny days.

With this insight, the municipality is now exploring shading solutions, such as planting trees along the façade, to keep temperatures comfortable.
